This company was established in the Year 1978 as a proprietary concern and very next year it was converted into partnership concern, and became Private Ltd Co. in year 1983.

Company was manufacturing intricate engineering products required for Sugar, Chemical and Cement Industries and also specialized products like glass tube sorting m/cs, drum unloaders, cyclone separators etc.

Maintaining good physical fitness was becoming more and more difficult and getting good health care machines was even more difficult in those days in India .

Dr. Subodh Gokhale – an IIT postgraduate and a doctor, visualized this scenario and started manufacturing various types of health care equipments. Being a doctor and a technocrat, Dr. Gokhale could design the machines, which were physiologically and technically perfect. All the SPAVY products are designed to give desired effect to the desired parts of the body.

During last three decades, SPAVY has grown from strength to strength and has become truly professional management company today with wide range of products. Thousands of SPAVY products are working in different parts of our country for different age groups, year after year.

Last year Mr.AV Adsul, Mr.Ravi Kowadkar and Mr.Sanjeev Sathaye joined Dr.Gokhale to take SPAVY to new heights. All the three new Directors are professionally qualified and have vast experience in their respective fields with multinationals and in their own businesses.
